There have been two workshops on co-designing a new system to transform the disability support system held in Wellington to date.

There were many people from across the sector who applied to take part in the process, and a team of 13 was chosen. It includes five disabled people, two family representatives and two from service organisations.

At the first Workshop held on 11 April, the team talked about how to include diverse views and ensure everyone has an equal voice throughout the design process, which runs until mid-June.  You can find out more about what happened here.
