Online Business' Costly Mistake - Ignoring People with Disabilities

This has become even more relevant now that more services are moving online & as someone with low vision who uses magnification software, I struggle with a lot of websites not being accessible. For example, today I spent 1.5 hours on hold to Air NZ because I couldn't work out how to cancel a booking.

Businesses are leaving millions of dollars on the table as frustrated shoppers with disabilities give up on websites that are impossible to navigate.
