Adaptive Technology Solutions Ltd is proud to be associated with the Upper Hutt Library’s Hot Seat initiative. This is an opportunity for community groups and small business to offer free information and advice to the public in a safe environment such as the library.
We provide advice on assessments, training and a range of products available for people with a range of disabilities, including sensory, physical and learning disabilities.
Some of the people we can help include people who are blind or have low vision and want to know about using their computer or accessing print; people with physical or learning disabilities wanting to know about voice dictation software to use their computer; people who would like to listen to books rather than read print, to name just a few.
If you or someone you know has a disability or impairment and wants to know more we are in the Library on the third Friday of each month from 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm.
